OUR SHORT FILM
Lola suddenly wakes at year 63 from a medically induced coma set to preserve her perfectly for 100 years in her basement with only a hostile robotic nurse, Kla-Ra, in attendance. Intent on achieving her freedom and finding her husband Lola attempts to start up the stairs. However, as she takes her first step, her nurse violently objects with warnings of the world above and begins preparations to send Lola back under. Lola must now decide whether her escape into the unknown is worth it as she attempts to inconspicuously inch round the room towards the stairs again while feigning compliance.
Meet the Team
Meet the group of Melbourne based team of four who coordinated and led the development of this Sci-Fi thriller.

The four of us met in our studies. All in university together, we've spent two years working on smaller projects and learning each others strengths when we came together to develop this script into a full animated short film.
